Do you only plan trips you’ve personally been on?
While I travel extensively and personally visit many of the destinations and hotels I recommend, I can’t be everywhere at once. When planning destinations or properties I haven’t personally visited yet, I draw from a trusted global network of vetted advisors through Fora who have firsthand experience. Every recommendation is carefully researched and thoughtfully selected.
What is price tracking and how does it work?
For refundable hotel bookings, I monitor pricing after you book. If the rate drops, I’ll automatically rebook you at the lower price whenever possible, so you don’t have to keep checking.
Do I pay more by booking through you?
In most cases, I book flexible rates that include added perks and benefits. These may sometimes be slightly higher than non-refundable or member-only rates, but they offer more flexibility, value, and support. I’ll always walk you through the options so you can choose what’s right for you.
What happens after I submit the planning form?
After you submit the form, I’ll review your details and follow up via email to confirm next steps. If needed, we can also connect briefly by call to clarify preferences before I begin curating your trip.
Can I make changes to my itinerary?
Absolutely. Planning is collaborative. We’ll review your itinerary together and make refinements until it feels right before anything is finalized.
Do you help if something goes wrong during the trip?
Yes. If plans change, delays happen, or questions come up while you’re traveling, I’m available to help handle the details so you can stay focused on enjoying your trip.
